Jim's Review
🐛
This book terrified Jim into taking naps more seriously. Walker lays out the devastating consequences of sleep deprivation with the urgency of a fire alarm, and honestly, Jim hasn't stayed up past 9 PM since reading it. As a worm who already spends a lot of time underground in the dark, Jim was ahead of the curve — but now he has the science to back it up. Five worms, read it and then go to bed.
