Jim's Review

🐛
Jim burrowed deep into the marshes of North Carolina with this one and didn't come up for air until the last page. Delia Owens writes nature so beautifully that Jim wanted to crawl through the mud and feel the Spanish moss himself. The mystery keeps you wriggling with anticipation, and that ending? Jim's jaw hit the floor of his burrow. A stunning debut that proves sometimes the best stories come from the wild places.
