Jim's Review
🐛
Jim was originally told this was by John Ratey, but it turns out this Swedish psychiatrist beat him to the "exercise is brain medicine" punch in a tighter package. Hansen keeps it short and punchy, which Jim appreciates — worms have limited attention spans. The science overlaps with Spark but the writing is breezier. Three worms — solid if you want the cliff notes version.
