Jim appreciates the simplicity here — ten hacks, clear graphs, no PhD required. The "eat your veggies first" advice is solid, even if some of the science gets a bit oversimplified. Jim tried the vinegar hack and it was... an experience. Three worms — useful tips, but not as groundbreaking as the marketing suggests.
