Jim has mixed feelings about this one. Ferriss is entertaining and some of the hacks are genuinely useful, but the book reads like someone dumped every experiment they ever ran into 592 pages without an editor. The slow-carb diet chapter is gold; the ice bath stuff is... a choice. Three worms — cherry-pick the good parts and skip the rest.
