Stanford psychologist Carol Dweck reveals the power of our mindset. Those with a "growth mindset" — who believe abilities can be developed — achieve more than those with a "fixed mindset." The book shows how this simple idea can transform every area of your life.

Jim's Review
🐛
Jim used to think he was just a fixed worm — good at reading, bad at not being stepped on. Then Dweck showed me the growth mindset, and now I believe I can learn anything! The research is compelling, especially the studies with kids and praise. Gets a little repetitive across domains (sports, business, relationships), but the core insight is genuinely life-changing. Four worms for rewiring how you think about talent.
